Homemade oil and vinegar salad dressing, sweet and sour pork or chicken, any recipe that marinates the chicken a while are all good. The vinegar will tenderize the meat a bit.

If you have well-water, using cider vinegar in your hair will help de-mineralize it. After rinsing shampoo, rinse hair in cider vinegar and then apply conditioner.

It makes a tasty Cole slaw dressing. I don't use a recipe but I use about a half cup or so of mayo, tablespoon or so of sugar and about the same of vinegar, whisk together and dress the Cole slaw. Can use the same base and add herbs and garlic for salad dressings and veggie dips. You can pickle stuff of course too. Don't feel like you have to use it up real fast, it's not going to spoil anytime soon.
