Mama had triplets one is small and quiet, not pushy for nursing. His belly is not sunk in but isn't full like the other 2. Should I supplement his nursing?

I would just in case. You don’t want him going hungry.

Yes. Bear in mind does often reject the weaker kid. Use milk, not replacer. The baby will do much better on plain old cow milk from the store than any replacer. If you want to get fancy I can give you a formula. If your kids have not been given BoSe it would be a good idea to do so.
