No.
Even a poor quality silkie has to have silkie feathers to be a silkie.
I've seen people that have sizzle projects calling normal feathered silkie mixes "satin silkies". They are just trying to give a silkie mix a fancy label. Those as well as yours are just silkie mixes.

Yep, Silkie cross. 99% of "smooth feathered" or "satin silkies" are a result of silkies being crossed with Cochin bantams
