Does anyone know where I can buy a Deslorin/Suprelorin implant without a prescription? Thank you

Only vets can give those. And not that many know about using them in chickens. Where are you located? Oh yes SC. Hopefully, someone can recommend where you can get help. Are you near Greenville, SC?
Hi @Eggcessive, thank you for answering. I have a vet, but no vets in the United States can prescribe without jeopardizing their licenses.Only vets can give those. Just curious but who would be going after vet lisences for prescribing a useful drug for controlling animal fertility? Especially when any of us can get bad drugs off the street for humans with no problems. Doesn't make sense. Just asking the obvious question.Hi @Eggcessive, thank you for answering. Cats are not considered "food". This is why it can be used for dogs, cats, ferrets, etc...So, I get around it and buy elsewhere.Just curious but who would be going after vet lisences for prescribing a useful drug for controlling animal fertility? Our vet prescribed it to control barn cat fertility during the covid shutdowns so no one had to kill kittens. It was a godsend. Worked great in cats. Nothing happened to him.
This drug is the same as the puberty blockers being administered offlabel on children BTW. If kids can get it off label chickens owners should for sure be able to get it. Or any other animal owner.
You are correct. But if ok to inject into humans, even safer to ingest. Because this is a biochemical compound similar or same as the naturally occurring compound, which wears off in time, or is sensitive to chemical degradation like gastric juices. It must be shipped cold because the drug is sensitive to heat. This is why the drug is administered by injection, not orally. There are messed up lobbying political reasons why this useful drug is not very available in the US yet available elsewhere in the world. When we the people realize how useful this drug is for controlling animal fertility and demand access, it will revolutionize animal husbandry and pet keeping. The gatekeepers are keeping US veterinary medicine in the dark ages.Cats are not considered "food". This is why it can be used for dogs, cats, ferrets, etc...So, I get around it and buy elsewhere.
