Sounds like a terrible vet! We're in a tough spot as duck owners, because there just aren't many options and sometimes you're in a desperate situation where you really need the help.

I absolutely agree. It's a rotten position to be in. I do my best researching and learning how to treat what I can. It would be nice knowing there was a good waterfowl vet around though. The vet we went to is supposed to be an amazing bird vet. But I think there's just too big of a difference between birds like parrots and birds like ducks.
