Surprise ameracauna?!

I bought 5 "ameracaunas"... 3 of them have classic coloring with the muffs, grey legs,etc. They do have some grey feathers but not much.
The forth has beautiful classic coloring but no muffs. Then there's this one .... All grey, no muffs, yellow legs ... I don't get it?!

North 40 so I'm not shocked, just curious! I'm also wondering if it's a roo cause it flies out of my coop at least once a day
