For those who wonder if geese lay in the fall, around here, the answer is YES! They have been mating in the pools for about two weeks and today, I got my first White Chinese Goose egg...woohoo!!!

Congrats! Are you going to incubate them ? is so, be sure to let know if they hatch.

Mine has been laying like a trooper for over a week now. I thought the first egg was a fluke, but the fluke continues...

Those eggs are great in cakes, omlets etc. The yolks are huge. One goose egg to two chicken eggs. There is really no taste difference. S-h-h-h!!! Don't tell my son!!
