After many years of talking myself out of raising chickens, I finally took the plunge last spring to ensure wholesome food for my kids and oh my goodness how I love these chickens! They are so much fun and the fresh eggs make it that much more rewarding. I am hoping to build a larger coop and expand the flock this year so we have extra eggs to share with family and friends.
