Aki padded alongside a cliff, it ran along the back ridge of the mountains. He eyed the mountains and could just make out a shape at the foothills, 'the elk.' He thought. But to get down to them was a rough trek.

Mari dug furiously into a large snow bank, where her alert ears had picked up a mouse hibernating. She slammed down into the frozen snow, and snatched up the sleeping creature, killing it with a swift bite.
 
Angel followed behind night "do you want me to help you dig?" Barked angel to get night's attention.

Icefur wandered the woods. Snow was everywhere. She looked up and growled as a bird sang. Suddenly, a twig snapped. Icefur's ears lay flat on her head, her lip curled. Then she shook herself, and told her mind that she was imagining things. She padded on.

Angel walked away and started to claw at the ice. She placed her ear against the ice listing for some thin ice. She heard some cracking near a boulder. she strolled over to the ice that is cracking beneath. And clawed at it.

Nighta snarled and at the ice, and padded away. He jogged off into the distance, looking for rabbit.
 
Skyuka padded from her den, she shook the snow from her fur. She couldn't wait for the sun to come back. She sat down and howled, calling the pack. It was time to go on a hunt.
