Nanuq heard the lonely howl. He raised his head and gazed at the sky. He let out a howl in response. He new he was in Pack territory. Maybe she would come.

Takaani listened to her brother howl. It really was a beautiful Howl.

Blizzard heard the response. She lifted her ears to listen. She walked several yards toward the howl. Then she responded with a yipping and howling to attract the male to her. She knew the quicker she Yipped and howled the more excited she sounded to the males presence.
