Arrow paused and started sniffing the air again

Nova stopped when she saw the River up ahead. She sniffed the air and her ears shot up. She could smell another wolf.

Fern lapped up the cool, fresh water from the River.

Nova scanned the edge of the river and saw an outline of a wolf. She nudged Arrow pointed with her nose where it was and whispered to Arrow,"Ok I see a wolf. Lets just keep going towards the river and then ask the wolf if they want to join."

Fern lifted her head as she caught a faint scent of wolves, but thought nothing of it.

Arrow nodded slightly, relaxing his tense position a bit. He started moving forward caugtiously

Nova trotted forward casually.

Fern saw movement out of the corner of her eye. She called out with a hint of a growl in her voice,"Who's there?"
Nova went to the river's edge and said to her,"We mean no harm. My name is Nova."

Arrow proceeded forward calmly despite Ferns tone of voice. "And I'm Arrow" He added after Nova

Fern relaxed a bit and replied,"Well it's nice to meet you. My name is Fern. What brings you here?"

Nova said,"We are just looking for wolves who want to join pack."
