Extra info: Her mother, also a loner, fell in love with a he-wolf from Yellow Pack. She agreed to join so she could be in the same pack as her mate, but things didn't work out as they had hoped. At first, the small family was happy, but Lichen's mother was not accustomed to the ways and ranks of the packs and had a hard time adapting to their vegetarian lifestyle. She and her mate got in more and more fights. One night, after a particularly nasty spat with Lichen's father, she grabbed her three-month-old pup and left Yellow Pack without looking back. Lichen lived with her mom as a loner until the older she-wolf was killed in a tragic accident. Now she wanders alone, searching for some companionship.
Lichen is a sweet, energetic she-wolf. She's a good hunter and a poor fighter. A bit overwhelming at first, she's quite chatty and oddly sociable for a wolf raised as a loner. She tries to be optimistic and can be a pest. Lichen is actually very intelligent for her age; it's just harder for her to concentrate. She can be impulsive and a bit judgmental, always sticking up for her friends but not thinking very much about how or why she does.

Niko turned to look at Silver. He smiled and licked her nose.

Niko pawed at the ground dreaming of his past. "Lupe" he said in his sleep talk. "Lupe." He dreamed about Lupe and him running through the tall weed together and then...BOOM Lupe was gone from his life. In the blink of an eye. He then had nightmares about his son being killed by the mountain lion. That's why he killed the one that was on Silver. He pawed the ground.

Niko pawed at the ground dreaming of his past. "Lupe" he said in his sleep talk. "Lupe." He dreamed about Lupe and him running through the tall weed together and then...BOOM Lupe was gone from his life. In the blink of an eye. He then had nightmares about his son being killed by the mountain lion. That's why he killed the one that was on Silver. He pawed the ground.

Silver eventualy drifted off to sleep, not noticing Nico as he had the dream

Niko stood up. Half asleep half awake. He howled "Lupe!" He ran to where Niko saw Lupe last. When he finally came to the place he saw the small skull of Lupe. Where he had been carried off by some lion and eaten. Niko couldn't do anything because the mountain lion would kill him. He tried to save his son. He broke a leg trying to. Niko regretted ever being mean to Lupe. Niko laid down beside his sons bones. He looked at one that was very peculiar. Niko then heard a yowl. The lion that killed Lupe was now going to do the same to Niko. Niko stood his ground. Niko growled the deepest growl. He howled the loudest howl. The lion charged. Niko did the same. They were going at it. Biting each other. Niko backed up. "Why would you kill my only son?" He asked. "Because wolves don't belong in my territory." Niko looked at her and smiled. "Did you have a mate?" "Why, yes." "I killed him." The lion roared and they fighting again
