Flag trotted out, Paisley on his heels. Smokey slipped out of the den quietly, and waited for the others.

Cujo nodded, and tried again to slip away.

Snowy leaped out, always cheerful, and pounced on Smokey. Daisy whined, and Rex had to drag her out.

Jargo turned and entered his and Harli's den, looking at her. "Did he bother you, Love?" he asked, nuzzling her cheek.

Swampson exhaled sharply in relief. "I won't let ya down," he replied curtly. He opened his maw to thank Endigo, but instead decided to let his gratitude go unspoken.

Timidly, Sonya approached, stopping by her father with her brow furrowed. "Is everything okay?" she asked quietly, looking between Endigo and Swampson with concern as to why her father needed to talk to the Alpha so suddenly.

Jargo turned and entered his and Harli's den, looking at her. "Did he bother you, Love?" he asked, nuzzling her cheek.

Smokey yelped, and tumbled backwards. Melanie chuckled at Daisy, then nudged the rest of the pups along.

Harli moaned. "He's Cujo. He always bothers me." She grumbled. A cramping pain seared through her body. She gasped, and rose to her feet. She began to walk out of the den, unable to control herself. It was like her legs were taking over. She walked slowly out, stumbling with each step. The pain grew worse and worse.

Smokey yelped, and tumbled backwards. Melanie chuckled at Daisy, then nudged the rest of the pups along.

Harli moaned. "He's Cujo. He always bothers me." She grumbled. A cramping pain seared through her body. She gasped, and rose to her feet. She began to walk out of the den, unable to control herself. It was like her legs were taking over. She walked slowly out, stumbling with each step. The pain grew worse and worse.

Snowy tackled Smokey and nipped his ear. "Haha! GOT you!" she laughed. Daisy finally started getting irrtitable. "Let me GO, Daddy." she said. Rex let her go and she ran up to Snowy and Smokey.

Snowy grinned, and faked a whine. Then she sneered. Meanwhile, Butch was doing something a little different. He had Daisy pinned down, and was barking at her; "Watch your back! I'm the Alpha, and you have to obey ME!"

Jargo licked her gently. "Just lay down; they'll be here soon." he couldn't think of anything to do. Suddenly, he grinned devilishly. Golden Pack had a Medical Dog: Swampson. He would be perfect for helping with this!

Rex nudged Melanie and gestured to the pups, Butch and Flag. "Get a load of those two." he chuckled quietly.

"Never!" Flag howled, and charged at Butch. Smokey slunk behind his brother, and lunged for his legs.

Melanie muffled a laugh, and watched intently.

"THIS ISN'T NATURAL!!" Harli screamed.

Rex's expression changed, and he padded calmly up to the pups and seperated them. "There, now, boys, behave. No fighting." he said sternly, trying to stiffle laugh. He was amused at their seriousness.

Jargo wanted to say, "Yes it is." but instead he just kept his mouth shut. She had no choice but to birth the pups, anyway.
