The dog grumbled irritably, and muttered about how the stupid humans had dragged him into this.

"My name is Mutt. Just Mutt... I am a lonely traveler, on my way to my doom, just like you are now. Who are you?" Mutt asked, in his low, grumbly voice. He refused to step out of the shadows. (I'll make a form for him soon, so you can see why he refuses to leave the darker areas.)

Kira snarled. She didn't trust this, this "Mutt". "I'm Kira."

Mutt's answer was rash and aggressive. "No!" he said, snarling. He shrunk further back and crawled under a pile of blankets used for catching the dogs.
