Jargo noticed Blue looking at them, and he took a submissive posture beside him. Whimpering, he meekly asked "Alpha, if I am to be a pack member now, I was wondering if I could possibly have the rank of Beta?"

He was meek, submissive, and completely reliant on Blue now.

Swampson nosed the latch of the last cage open. It happened to be Kira's. "Move it along, girl. Yer friends are leavin'," he said to her, stepping aside and sitting there with a tired look on his face. He motioned toward the door of the kennel.

Kyoushiro growled and opened his mouth to bark something, but Blue hushed him with a mere flick of his tail. "I will consider it."
