"Disgusting, isn't it?" Rex growled back. Suddenly, Jargo appeared at the entrance of the den. "Saying something about my new recruit? Huh, Banner?" he said, glaring into Banner's eyes. Rex leaped to his feet. "No, Alpha. We was just talkin' 'bout... 'bout how good an idea that was!" Rex struggled for the right words for his lie.

Jargo walked up stuck his nose right in Rex's face and growled "You filthy liar... I oughta tear your flesh right here... but I wont even bother..." Jargo said.

Banner cowered in fear, dragging his injured leg away from Jargo. "Who is she, and what is she?" Banner asked to get Jargo's attention.

"She's a very effective, very classy, temptress, who will be used in my plan to destroy Endigo!" Jargo announced. He then lifted his head and howled a wicked laugh of triumph!

"Jargo," Banner said slowly, as if still contemplating whether or not to continue his sentence. "Endigo has a mate. He is also very loyal to her. I don't think the plan will work." Banner pulled his injured leg behind him. And stared at Jargo, trying to guess his reaction.

Banner stared at Jargo with huge defiant eyes. "I'm not doubting it." He said calmly. "I'm pointing out the flaws." His voice was hinted with a deep growl.

Jargo snarled and snapped at Banner. "How 'bout we make a bet on it?" He growled. "If I win, I get to kill you. If you win, you can try to kill me." he walked away, laughing, since he didn't really mean that they would bet on it.
