Taj winced, but managed to pull his leg free, leaping backward a few feet. He crouched, locking eyes with Mel after sparing a glance to see where the other dogs stood. Noting a gap in their defenses, he scooted slightly to the left, then leaped at Mel, his head down in the hopes of tackling the pup in the right direction.


((Mipuppy1, you can post Yuki looking for food with Sonya if you'd like. :)

OwlLover, I was reading about that anime recently, but I can't remember the name! D: ))

"NOO!!" Layla screamed, as Melanie's eyes started to close. She rushed forward with tears streaming down her face. "Please Jargo!! Please!! Don't kill my pup!!! Please!!!" She wailed, and crumbled in a black heap below Jargo. "I told you, I'll go, I'll do anything, but please don't kill her."

Jargo grinned, and his death grip loosened. "If you want her to live, follow me quietly!" he snarled.

Mel yipped, but tried to kick at Taj with his good hind leg. Mel was determined to prove himself to Blue, and wasn't leaving.
