Roxy smelled something in the bushes, she approached and saw that it was a cat. As it ran off she chased it, barking for the rest of the pack to come.

Jargo, hearing Roxy's bark, turned his head. (OwlLover, this gives Blue the perfect chance to strike him down!)

Blue snarled, and lunged for Jargo, clamping down on his neck hard. "Fool!" He snarled through Jargo's fur.

Jargo struggled, wheezing and thrashing about. He twisted his head, and lashed about, trying to break free. All he succeeded in doing was getting Blue's teeth deeper into his neck. Howling, a deep, raspy sound, he thrashed about, moaning.

Finally, he gave up and collapsed on the ground, blood streaming from his wounds. He looked up into Blue's eyes: dark, murderous. "Please... don---" he struggled to speak---"Don't kill me..."
