Jargo felt something unusual. Even as they walked, with Harli looking depressed, he felt the persisting feeling. It was ordering him to comfort her... he nuzzled her again, and gently said "It's okay... right?" his aggressive alpha tone gone.

"Yes." Harli smiled at him. She looked ahead again, "Is this the dening site?" She asked when dens of various sizes came into view.

"Yes." Jargo answered, looking at Harli. This was a feeling he hadn't felt since he had met a different dog, one of extreme beauty. She was taken to the pound, and he never saw her again. Endigo had led her into the open and caused her to get caught. This caused half of Jargo's bitterness and resentfulness towards Endigo.

Harli wagged her tail, which was short docked, and looked up at Jargo with a look of happiness on her face, much like a puppy. "This is your pack?" She yipped.

Holly wandered around Golden pack territory curiously.

Nessa pricked her ears at the sight of Holly. She didn't recognize her. She stood up to meet her, but stopped. What if she is one of Jargos? I couldn't fight her with my pups on they way...But she looks friendly enough. Against her better judgement Nessa trotted up to Holly.

Tessa whimpered. "You will survive." She nuzzled him.

(I am changing Tessa's name to Abbie, so it will be easier to tell Nessa and Abbie apart.)

Abbie whimpered, licking her mate, then grabbed his scruff gently, but firmly, and began dragging him back to camp.

Jargo gave a howl as he entered the denning site: the howl clearly commanded every dog to humbly welcome their commander. Slowly, the dogs, one by one, came creeping up to Harli, submissive.
