"No thanks, I'll pass. "I'd love to feel the crunch of your bones between my teeth, though!" Rex said, a hint of sarcasm in his voice, he leaped at Everest, snapping at his throat.

Endigo snapped at Harli's throat. "You're loyal to that demon? You're the Devil's Mate; DIE!" he roared.

Jargo slammed his shoulders into Banner, attempting to knock him down. "Get up there and fight, or I'll break every one of your good legs, and tear off the broken one." he snarled. "Delano!" he howled. "Make sure Layla stays here! Do not let her leave!"
Everest ducked under, then twisted up, and lunged at Rex's throat from under him.

Harli yelped, and leaped away. "Alright then, you aren't giving up so easily. Pft! Bad choice. Just give up and die." She swung her paw through the air, aiming at his head.

Banner growled, then took off, just as Dug lumbered into the fight. Banner leaped at him, snatching up the dog's long ear. "Ouch! Let go idiot!" Dug snarled, and latched his stout jaws on Banner's shoulder.
Layla yelped in fright.

((I'm sorry, I thought Endigo was down and then he wasn't, soooo... I will just have Delano come in here. Will try not to get confused again. ))

Upon Jargo's orders, Delano was suddenly in front of Layla, slamming a paw down with an impressive thump on the ground. "I don't think so," his chillingly cold voice sounded, just a murmur over the fighting going on nearby.

Layla pinned her ears, and snarled at the massive dog in front of her. "I don't care what you think!!" She howled, and leaped over him, her nimble body flying through the air with ease.

Layla yelped in fright. She charged at Harli, aiming to headbutt her.
Rex rolled out of Everest's way, sneering. "I was taught well: I learned all my fight methods from a wolf that I lived with in my past family." he growled.

Endigo felt her paw slam onto his head. He staggered backwards, and the biting of the dogs grew faint, numb... he felt as though he might pass out... the thought of giving up and letting them kill him was an appealing one... but then he thought of Nessa... and the pups! No! No, he wouldn't give in! He would die trying if need be!

Jargo watched Banner go. "Delano! Get Layla! She's betraying me!" he roared, infuriated.

"Psh! What does that matter? Seriously, are you bragging on the battle field?" Everest scoffed. He circled Rex, snarling viciously.

"Teehee! That was satisfying! I think I'll do it again!" Harli giggled, and swung her paw again.

Delano swiftly turned and leapt at Layla, his jaws opening. His teeth gleamed as he aimed to clamp down on Layla's hind leg and pull her back down to the ground.

"Of course I'm going to brag!" Rex snarled. "I'm even going to brag when I kill you!" he said, leaping at Everest.

Still groggy, Endigo felt Harli's paw smack him in the chin. He fell down, and his eyelids fluttered.

Banner was flipped over by Dug's headbutt. That little dog could pack a punch! He slammed his paw into Dug's chest, knocking the air out of him. Dug snarled, infuriated, and leaped at him, clamping onto Banner's neck. "Any last words mutt?" He laughed.

Layla twisted, still in the air, and fell hard to her side. Gasping for breath, she staggered to her feet, and tried to run away again.
