El General walked slowly as the sun shone brightly. He was an old fellow and he loved to lay under the sun rays .. until it got a bit to hot. Now he was looking for some shade.
He took careful steps as he marched along. He thought he heard other chickens.
"Its my imagination.. its been so long since I have seen another chicken. Since the girls left with Domingo...wonder how they are holding up"
He finally reached the shade and let himself plop onto the grass.

Silver heard steps behind her,she left the sisters to their worm hunting .she followed the sound and looked out from a bush,she thought she could see a chicken but it was hard to tell with the bush blocking her view.
