So the for sale birds will be outside? will any people showing be selling some of their birds they have shown that day if the price is right?

if you wear a shirt thats not a belly shirt ,you could stuff some chickens under there.Everyone would just think you were jiggling....

It does appear that you must be NPIP tested to sell anything ,even in the parking lot. I would hate for any of us to be hauled off by the chicken police!
