Sustainable Poultry Farming

ISA browns males are predominantly sold at lesser price in my country because of its small economic returns and huge investment cost.
I dont have the pictures of the birds (since I reared them many years ago) but their uniformity, fast growth and virility with large combs lingers still on my mind.
I am planning like ... FredsHen.... to line-breed recursively :
Steps :
1. ISA (Male) to ISA (Pullets) till F4 (15/16th blood) - - - -> Special Female(s)
2. Same for Production Red - PR(or NH) strain till the F4 generation.
This time reversed i.e: PR (Son) to PR (Mother) for - - - - -> Special Male(s)
3. I could hatch up to 800 - 1175 eggs in month
4. Rigorously cull the ISA pullets for egg laying traits and the PR for fast growth + egg traits in each generation.
5. Document and design a database for the selected offsprings
6. Crossbreed the PR x ISA (F4 offsprings).

My intention is to produce red sex link layers by the 5th generation with minimal loss in egg laying potential when compared to their Primordial parents.

Any alteration or addendum, positive criticism from orthodox or otherwise experimented facts will be welcomed!

Thank you all for your inspirations
