Swallowed a cigarette butt

So 2 days ago my 13 week old barred rock found a cigarette butt that was thrown into my yard, I guess, since I don't smoke. I tried to get it, but she swallowed it before I could get to her. She seemed fine, but yesterday she is 'gaping' every once on a while. I can't see it in her throat. Will it pass eventually, or should I be worried?

It might impact her crop. I might give her some olive oil (one teaspoonful with a syringe or dropper) and then massage her crop in a downward motion several times today. Make sure she get get some grit too. Watch her the next couple of days closely. You might even want to put her in a cage for a day or two, just to see if she is pooping, eating, ect. First thing in the morning her crop should be empty.
