Swan Advice?

Based on my experience, the Cygnet can swim in the pond with their mother from the day it hatched and start looking for food in the water. So under nature situation if there is plenty food in the water you practically do not need to do anything. However under the domestic condition it is important you need to provide plenty of high protein diet in the water to hence their growth especially the first month of their life. After that you can gradually decrease the protein level to 16 percent with some fresh green roughage just like chicken. The biggest problem as I see it still is how to protect them from predator. I hope this will help.
