Swapmeet in Michigan are you in???

Im planning a swapmeet in kalkaska, mi at the fairground's animal barns. All kinds of livestock are going to be there! Its not until April but if nobody is going to show up I dont think I will do it. The price to sell as many animals as you want is a donation to the kalkaska county animal shelter. It is open to the public at no price. LMK if you are intrested in attending.

I just found this posting....did you have your swap or show yet in Kalkaska?? I actually don't have anything to swap at this time....but would like to attend and look. Also...do you know of any other planned swaps in north or even mid michigan?

No, I'm planning my swap in April 2011... There are NO swaps anywhere near here... there is one every weekend (I think) in the spring in Ann arbor and a couple in the UP but I haven't herd of any others in MI. LMK if this helped you!

Oddly enough...my husband came home with a rabbit yesterday!!! I haven't had rabbits for about 50 years....but he came with cage, feeding utensils and feed! Free! My husband wants it for the droppings to add to compost pile. I have ordered chicks but I usually use the droppings for my flower garden....the rabbit droppings with be for his deer food plots. Anyway...he isn't sure he wants to get a female....we know how rabbits breed....thinking of getting one of your mixed breed rabbits. This rabbit is white with brown nose area and ears. Big male. If we get another male will they fight?? Do you have to worry about diseases like you do chickens and wait 30 days before putting them together.??? Guess we need to do some rabbit research. I saved your website under favorites .
Thanks for any info you want to provide. The cage by the way is like 4 feet by 2 feet. What do you charge for mixed breed boys...not a mini but I think Lops are cute.​
