Sweating egg during lockdown

What do I do? Do i risk opening the incubator to remove the egg? Its day 20 and no pips so far... Should i risk it or leave it??

I would be inclined to take it out really fast. If it is a rotting egg and explodes when other chicks bump it you are going to have one heck of a mess.

Take it out and toss it. You definitely don't need rotten egg goo on your other eggs!
