They changed the laws since we started having chickens, and have been staying under the radar. Unfortunately we have a new neighbor who has decided that the roo's existence is ruining his life. He's got enough clout to make our lives miserable, so we would like to place him. He was hatched here late fall 2020. He's been a good boy so far, polite with the ladies, and not a butthole to humans
