My three daughters each picked out chicks about 2 months ago. My youngest daughter's chick cocka-doodled today, and we cannot have roos in our neighborhood. She is crushed (she's only 4) and I really want to find a good home for him.
He's really sweet, fully feathered and outdoors. We are in Northwest Guilford County, NC, but I'm willing to travel to place him.
Not sure what he is, but the farm supply store said RIR (he's in the middle--he has green legs and pretty markings):
