Swelling above eye

Hello!
One of my hens has developed this swelling above her eye. It does not seem to be painful and she only has the one. Does anybody have any idea what this may be? Any recommendations on treatment would be greatly appreciated!

I was able to get ahold of her this evening (she’s one of my more feral ones) and put hands on it. It feels firm and has been growing in size. The original picture was from a few days ago. Here’s an updated picture.

Original photo, there looks to be a hole/wound in the lump.
Second photo, perhaps there's a bit of head/pus at that hole - hard to tell with the lighting.

Investigate that a bit further. If possible, swaddle her in towel to capture her wings so she's not flapping around and have someone hold her so you can examine it. It may be an ingrown feather or just a wound from a poke in the eye from some wire/nail/staple, etc. and needs to be cleaned and pus pushed out. Let us know what you find out.
