It appears to me that it has MG, Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection. Also known as"bulgy eye".
Characteristic swelling around the eye,
conjunctivitus and swelling of the paranasal sinuses in severe cases. Coughing, sneezing, foamy eyes, nasal discharge in milder cases.
There is no medication or vaccine that will cure the disease. There are a number of antibiotics in common use that will help alleviate the symptoms but do not eliminate infection. Erythromycin, Oxytetracycline, Spectinomycin, Tylosin are a few.
The best way to combat the disease is through a strict biosecurity program. Over crowding, undue stress contribute to infection. Aerosol transmission are the most likely means of infection. Earthworms also act as a intermediate host. Other venues of transmission can occur from outside sources, ie; visitors, and wild birds. Once the bird becomes infected, if it survives, it will be a carrier for life. Can also be transmitted upward in the eggs of your breeding stock.
HTH and Best of luck with your flock.
