swelling in toes

My Male (?) guinea has some big toes and the nail has fallen off. No one else is like this and they have been in the barn since it's gotten cold out. I tried to take some good pics but he will not stay still.

Possibly frostbite.....

its frostbite i had a guinea like that except just one toe he lost it.

Great. Thanks for your help. Poor thing will probably have to go. I don't want him to hurt, I'll wait a few days and see what's going on with his toes.
