Have you looked at the bottom of her feet to check for Bumble foot? it's staff infection that can come from a splinter or cut that has gotten infected. very serious if left alone and not treated. I'd wash her feet real good then look the over, if bumble there should be a blk scab where the infection is, you can also soak her legs and feet in warm Epsom salt water, 2 cup to one gal of water, do this in a bucket holding her so she doesn't drink the water since Epsom salt works as a laxative. Keep her in as clean an environment as you can till all infection is gone, you may even have to start her on antibiotics depending on what you find when you examine her feet. Let us know what you find.

Miss Lydia is giving you the best advice. You may be able to turn this around, if you start now. It takes several days to a few weeks to completely clear up, but you are likely to see improvement overnight.

Just keep at it, twice a day at first, three times if you can do it. Once the swelling is down completely, continue until everything is healthy.

Remember if it's been too long she may need oral antibiotics, so start looking at threads that discuss type and dosage, or - preferably - take her to a vet.

If the legs are swollen I would also recommend a course of antibiotics...
