Swelling on the top on neck

We have have a showgirl that is swelled on the under side of her neck. It is at the top on the neck right under her beak. It's kinda hard. Any ideas what it might be. She is eating and drinking fine.

Is it in an area that you can see it? If so, does it look a boil or is the like a knot deep under the skin? If it is the first,you can treat it yourself. Put a warm moist towel on it, after about a half hour of this, put a mixture of brown sugar and soap on it. Keep this under a bandage for at least an hour, then put the moist towel back on it. This should draw the infection out. If it is the second, take the chicken to the vet.

Thanks Panner, it is the second. I will be taking her to the vet tomorrow. Just to be on the safe side. She seems fine other wise.
