I have my first pair of pigs well the sow is left at this point. Are this point I am pretty sure that she is pregnant, I think she will give birth soon. How can I tell when she will give birth. Are there any tell tale signs?

When the babies pop-out!

No, I really don't know that there is a way to tell just before they give birth. Her belly will "drop" a few days/weeks before birth but I'm not sure if there are any signs other than personality changes that will let you know the birth imminent.
