There's not a "meh" option but that's my choice. The only cheese I actively avoid is American. That stuff is garbage.

It depends.
I like it on certain sandwiches, like Reubens, but I would never eat it plain and would pick other cheeses for bust sandwiches.

I'm with 'dora on this one. Depends on the use. Default is x sharp or white cheddar always. But different sandwich combinations need different levels of sharpness, sourness, sweetness, mouth feel, etc. Mix and match cheese is also a win. There's a science here that varies from person to person because we all have different taste buds.

Again, except American. That's the mosquito of cheeses.

Your enemy needs to have their own pigs. Most of them won't travel on wet work.
