Also the site may be biased but there have been independent scientific studies done. Not sponsered by any "organic" club. I just haven't been able to find them yet as there is so much information to wade through.

it wont affect the meat and the birds wont care. Do what you want. How long does it take the GMO dna to leave the muscle tissue?

I've read that eliminating soy from the chickens diet can take about 2 weeks to eliminate traces of the protein from the eggs and meat. No idea if that is a good round number for anything else, but it would seem that a bird raised on GMO is going to some more lingering effects of the GMO's, so it could take a bit longer to purge the system.
