Switching over to grower feed

What age is good to start feeding grower, and what is the perfect ratio in protein? My 4 and 6wk Sex link and Australope are eating Nutrena chick starter complete crumbs 20.

I did mine at 10 weeks

I move to grower feed once the chicks are to big and taken out of the brooder.

Blue Seal has a grower mash or grower pellet. At what age can they handle the pellets?
