I have two Naked NEck roosters, and I wanted to switch them out. I tried the other day, but the hens were ganging up on him. Is there anything to do or do I throw him in there and let them fight it out?

They'll get used to him eventually. If you're really worried about him, try separating him for 30 days or so with just a fence so they can see him but not attack him.

They are in side by side pens, and the roosters are Identical Naked Neck brothers. I sold the rooster that is with the flock now, because they plucked all of his feathers, and my neighbor doesn't care cause she is going to eat him.
