I am thinking of placing my order for my http://www.brinsea.com/prod-Octagon_20_ADVANCE_digital_egg_incubator-210.aspx RIGHT NOW. How do we feel about switching eggs over mid hatch? I am on day 5 and I am guessing shipping would take a few days which woule place me at day 10 maybe. That will give me 11 days of relief and 10 nights of SLEEP.

So is it okay to move them over to a new incubator around day 10 if I do it really quickly and have the other one up and running for 24 hours?

And it doesn't hold very many. That's why I don't have one. The LG worked out for me once I threw out the thermometer that came with it and figured out a few tricks, and now I'm building my own bator to my own specs.

But I did find a coupon in their Facebook page for 10% off so I saved $29.90.

thats what Im stuck doing-I have eggs coming this week but my Brinsea 40dx hatch isnt due until next Tuesday. So I will use a borrowed bator untilt he hatch is done and cleaned again-then transferr all eggs into Brinsea to finish hatch! Stress!!!

Geez, those things are expensive! Make sure you get the Brinsea Spot Check thermometer too, I've heard great things and it's surprisingly cheap.

I am thinking of doing the same thing, but I want the turner and I can't figure out if they have the turner for the ECO 20 in stock......any idea if the one listed above the ECO 20 incubator is the correct turner?

By the time you order the Eco and pay for the Turner, you should just upgrade to the Advance. I called and they said that they are expecting shipments of EVERYTHING this week!
