swolen eye

have chicks that are roughly 14 weeks old a couple have one swollen eye each but no other symptons eating and running like usual is this something to be concerned about or did they just get pecked in the eye or something

I would seperate her from the others in case its something infectious! Can you post a pic? It could just be an eye injury or the start of a respiratory problem.
