Swollen abdomen, ruffled feathers and slightly labored breathing.

Hi I'm new to this site and somewhat new to chickens. One of my hens has a very swollen and firm abdomen, her feathers are ruffled and she seems to have slightly labored breathing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
