Swollen and red rear area

I have a chicken that has developed a red and swollen area a few inches down her butt. It looks like a case of impacted egg, if so, does anyone knows any treatments? thanks.

Warm baths. You can also check to feel if there is an egg in there with a lubed, gloved finger. If she is eggbound you should be able to feel an egg.
