Swollen around nostril

I noticed some dark swelling around my pullets beak.It is under the nostril, but above the beak. Does anyone know what this is?

Also noticed this on the same pullets feet.

Where are you located in the world?

Looks like it could be Fowl Pox.
You can try painting the scabs with Iodine to help them dry up.
