Swollen Breast

Hi Everyone,
I have 5 week old Buff Orpingtons. They all have beautiful huge breast, but I noticed one who's breast is a lot bigger than the rest. You can see her skin through her feathers and it looks kind of gross. Anyone have any idea what this is? We noticed it a while ago, but just thought she would have bigger breasts than the rest. I am now getting concerned as it does not look normal.

Can you post a picture. Is it in the crop area? Maybe it's impacted or infected.

ETA: I have heard of large birds getting a large irritated area on their chest if they sleep on the floor rather than on a roost. Is that a possibility?
