swollen cyst type bump under eye

my hen has a swollen cyst type bump under her eye. it does not appear to hurt but I know it needs removed. I washed her so I could get a better view of it. she does not appear to be sick or have any respiratory issues. can it be drained or will I have to lance it and remove it? anyone have this issue before?
