I noticed my khaki Campbell duckling limping yesterday evening. She had been fine during the day and we were around in the yard most the time. She never strays from the other ducklings but around 2:30 I noticed her sunning in the yard alone, then my husband ran my chickens away from her around 3 because they were circling her and packing. It seems her leg is swollen, no real outward injuries. Could this be bumblefoot? Sprain? Infection? Worms? I dunno! I have her in water right now which seems to be where shes happiest but I want to "treat" her for whatever the problem is.

I could be very much wrong but I have a drake that was stung by a bee when he was little and the foot looked like that. So possibly a bee? :idunno
Possible. I had considered that or a spider. I really think it's a sprain. Shes smallest and still tries to follow and do the things the other duckings do. Maybe came out of the pool wrong?
