The eyes on some of mine are shut there are stuff coming from there nose and eyes has been going on for awhile been giving duramycin-10 tetracycline hydrochloride soluble powder it seems like it has not help to much it's I also heard u can inject penicillin

Sounds like Infectious Coryza and/or Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG.) Both are respiratory diseases. It's best to depopulate as birds will remain carriers and spread the disease(s.) Here's a link to respiratory diseases in poultry, scroll down and you can read about Infectious Coryza and MG:
