Swollen Eye Hen

Okay so, my neighbor has a few gems and I noticed the other day that one of her hens eyelids was HUGE. So I grabbed this photo:

Anybody have a clue as to what's up with her? The lump is hard and it doesn't seem to hurt her when you touch it.
