swollen eye issue

I noticed my sweet sweet girl Blacky (9 month old Black Australorp) has a swollen left eye this morning. Her other eye is fine and she is acting and eating and drinking normally. The other four girls do not have this issue. Fingers crossed. I have quarantined Blacky and put some triple antibiotic ointment around her eye. She can still open it, but she is keeping it closed most of the time. There is no foul smell and so far there is no discharge. Should I start Tylan 50? Any other suggestions? Please advise! Thank you greatly!
